IAN
The boisterous member of Kill Bill, Ian is responsible for the deep rumble that underpins our sound, primarily due to his love of curry. Ian’s musical journey began in the swinging 60’s when he began his love affair with the Beatles, but this ended with a restraining order.
He is universally acclaimed for his unique 14 bar blues, which involves 12 bars on the bass and 2 on the IPA. He was a stalwart of the 70’s pub rock scene; he never actually played in any bands, but was scene in lots of pubs.
After years in the wilderness ( Steeple Morden ), he was Kill Bill’s first choice to lay down a bass line, bringing a much needed professional finish to the band’s annual tennis tournament. Sadly, Ian suffers from a rare condition which prevents him from hearing any music recorded after 1987.
Ian joined Kill Bill when he fell over himself outside the Waggon and Horses.
